Treatment Selection
The spa reservation agents are happy to help you plan the perfect spa experience. To ensure availability, please reserve your services in advance by calling
843-390-7015

Arrival
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to be assigned a locker and change into the plush robe and spa slippers.

Late Arrivals
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In order to honor each guest’s spa experience, late arrivals will receive only the remaining time of the appointment.

Age Requirements
Young adults 10 and older are welcome to receive spa services. A parent must be on site and provide consent for anyone 17 or younger. Services are scheduled with a same gender therapist, for young adults.

Securing Valuables
We recommend you leave valuables at home or in your guest room safe. Lockers are available for your personal items.

Health Considerations
Please inform the reservations agent at time of booking if you are pregnant, have any medical conditions or allergies. Pregnant women must be in their second or third trimester to receive services. Please indicate when you book if you prefer a male or female therapist and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 12 hours in advance (24 for a Spa Voyage or a Journey) to avoid being charged in full. Group reservations are subject to terms of contract. No-shows will be charged in full.

Service Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is added for your convenience for each treatment provided.

Gift Certificates are available in any increment and may be redeemed for spa services. Gift certificates available at the spa or by calling
